All products, new or used, purchased at Thegamesguys.us or our brick and mortar store are covered by our free 30 day warranty. If you receive a defective item, you may return it for an easy exchange or store credit within 30 days of receiving your item. New unopened items must be returned in the same sealed condition in order to return for full purchase price, not including shipping, within 30 days of receipt. New games that are returned open can be be refunded at the used price, or returned for full price when returning for store credit.
